We currently have a waitlist for owners to surrender their dogs. You will be added to the list and BCAA will work to get the dog into a foster home, if possible. Unfortunately, we cannot give a timeline for foster home availability, as the dog may need a specific foster home, depending on their needs. All foster homes have children, cats, other dogs, or a combination. We will have to match the dog with an appropriate foster home. BCAA required all dogs being surrendered to be spayed/neutered and to be current on vaccines (rabies and distemper). We will reach out to you for copies of your vet records and six (6) good pictures of the dog for the website.
